School’s out, but the fun and learning at Museum of the Grand Prairie continues! Register to join us for this hands-on program. How did people back in the day communicate with others far away, before the days of facetime, phones, email and text? Learn how folks wrote letters to one another using just a feather quill and ink!
Registration is required and available at the link below. For children ages 5-11 and children must be accompanied by an adult. $5 per child. PLEASE NOTE, in order to keep patron numbers low due to COVID concerns, this program is being offered two times. Register for either the 1-2 p.m. slot, OR the 2:30-3:30 p.m. slot. Current public health guidelines will be followed. Program may be altered or canceled due to public health concerns. See CCFPD’s Covid Guidelines and Waiver for In-person Programs.
