Location: Salt Fork Center, Homer Lake Forest Preserve, 7-8:30 PM 

Are you interested in learning about frog monitoring and identifying frogs by their calls? This training session is a collaboration with the University of Illinois Extension, and is perfect for new, prospective, and returning volunteers. The program will include an indoor presentation followed by an outdoor field experience where participants will practice monitoring techniques. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to listen and learn! Open to ages 16+. Ages 12 to 15 accompanied by a guardian. FREE.
